Here you'll find information on how to apply for Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses and scholarships.

RESERVATION SEATS FOR SC/ST.

These seats will be allotted by the University.

SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarships and fee concessions will be granted to a few deserving students joining B.Sc, B.C.A., B.A and B.Com degree courses, if the Management is convinced that they belong to financially backward families.

Fee Structure

1. B.Sc. Botany & Biotechnology

Admission fee (one-time) : Rs. 1,000
Tuition fee : Rs. 15,000 per semester
Lab & Library : Rs. 2,500 per semester
Caution deposit (Refundable) : Rs. 2,000

2. B.Com. Commerce with Computer Applications

Admission fee (one-time) : Rs. 1,000
Tuition fee : Rs. 11,250 per semester
Lab & Library : Rs. 2,500 per semester
Caution deposit (Refundable): Rs. 2,000

3. B.C.A.

Admission Fee (one-time) : Rs.1,000
Tuition Fee : Rs. 15,000 per semester
Lab & Library : Rs. 2,500 per semester
Caution Deposit(Refundable): Rs. 2,000

4. M.Sc. Biotechnology

Admission Fee (one-time) : Rs.1,000
Tuition Fee : Rs. 30,000 per semester
Lab & Library : Rs. 4000 per semester
Caution Deposit(Refundable): Rs. 2500

5. M.Com Finance

Admission Fee (one-time) : Rs.1,000
Tuition Fee : Rs. 18,750 per semester
Lab & Library : Rs. 4000 per semester
Caution Deposit(Refundable): Rs. 2500

University special fees to be paid to the college

Medical Inspection Fee : Rs.10
Women’s Cell: Rs. 15

Special Fees

The special fee for the concerned programme should be remitted to the university at any branch of State Bank of India using the chalan available in the Allotment page of the applicant  (http://admissions.keralauniversity.ac.in). The original pay–in-slip from the bank should be produced at the college together with 2 copies.

 Caution deposit will be refunded only on production of fee receipts and the identity card.

Easy Step to Apply

50% seats are allotted by the University on the basis of online applications registered in the University website :http://admissions.keralauniversity.ac.in        The remaining 50% will be filled by the Management for which applications can be collected  from the college office. Applicants seeking management seat should also register online at the University website.

Documents to be enclosed

Attested photocopies of the following should be enclosed along with the completed application form:
1. Certificates bearing applicant’s date of birth, religion and caste
2. Mark list of the qualifying examination

Admission

Original certificates and four photographs (passport size -2, stamp size – 2) should be produced at the time of interview. Candidates selected for admission should pay the tuition fee for first semester along with all the other fees mentioned in the prospectus at the time of admission. For the subsequent semesters, the required fees are to be paid ahead of the semester registration. Delay in remittance will incur a penalty of 200. 

Documents to be submitted at the time of interview and admission:

  1. Printout of completed online application generated by the student.
    2. Allotment Memo (Latest)
    3. Receipt of fee remitted towards affiliation & special fee to the University with its 2 copies.
    4. Mark list of qualifying exam and 2 xerox copies
    5. Pass certificate and 2 xerox copies.
    6. Certificate to prove date of birth.
    7. Community certificate / BPL Certificate.
    8. Transfer certificate from the Institution last attended.
    9. Secondary school certificate (10th) and one xerox copy.
    10. Conduct certificate.
    11. Income Certificate in the case of SEBC candidates.

    13. Eligibility certificate **
    The original certificates are to be submitted at the college office at the time of interview. It is advised to keep sufficient number of attested photocopies of these certificates for any other requirements during the course of study.

 

* Migration certificate

The candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Boards other than Board of Higher Secondary Examination /VHSE/THSE of Kerala are directed to produce migration certificate.

**Eligibility certificate

To be obtained from the University of Kerala by the candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Boards other than Board of HSE/VHSE/THSE of Kerala. The above category of students should get their qualifying examination recognised by University of Kerala, if the same is not recognised already.
